Healing should be intentional and inclusive to all. I believe that healing yourself fully requires you to embrace all aspects of life; your mind, body, and your soul. In a world filled with fear, trauma, and pain, the right to heal should be shared collectively in order; to shift minds, and promote growth globally.
My mission is to provide a safe, sacred space that gives you the information, tools, love, light and healing you need.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that helps the body heal naturally. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Universal Life" and Ki which is "Energy".
Reiki is based on the idea that energy flows through us. If one's energy (or vibration) is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it’s high, we are able to be happier and healthier.
Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the receiver in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that can be used to heal yourself, others, animals, plants and the Earth. The Usui System of Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) was founded in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui. Usui Reiki has three levels, each with attunements (meaning your energy is raised to the higher frequency of Reiki energy). Reiki energy can only be channeled by people who have been attuned to it by a certified Master.
Reiki is a very simple technique to learn and is not dependent on one having any prior experience with healing, meditation or any other kind of training. It has been successfully learned by over one million people from all walks of life, both young an old. The reason it is so easy to learn that it is not taught in the usual way something is taught. The ability to do Reiki is simply transferred from the teacher to the student through a process called an attunement that takes place during a Reiki class. As soon as one receives an attunement, they have the ability to do Reiki and after that whenever one places their hands on themselves or on another person with the intention of doing Reiki, the healing energy will automatically begin flowing.
It is a very special gift to receive. It is even more special to share with others.
Meditation is an ancient practice that helps us control our own mind and in turn, our own life. This begins the process of truly tuning into and discovering ourselves. Personally, I use guided meditations as a way to recharge my batteries and to calm my mind when I’m feeling overwhelmed, fearful, or anxious. Meditation can help us shift negative thoughts, worries, and anxiety, which are all factors that can prevent us from being truly grounded and at peace. When meditating becomes a habit, we feel refreshed, centered and can handle difficult situations with more ease and clarity.
